Why are Trial Keys Not Accepted?
After downloading and installing the trial software, sometimes the activation keys do not successfully activate the trial license.
Note that the trial activation keys sent to you are time limited (they must be installed within 24 hours of generation) and are machine/configuration specific. If you’ve not used the keys in time or you’ve had to change systems you will need to contact us for new activation keys.
Otherwise, first close the PDF3D License Utility, log out of the operating system and log in again. Then use the start menu entry for the PDF3D License Utility directly, without first starting up ReportGen or another PDF3D application. The link to start it is normally on the Start Menu. Check to see if the license keys have now registered successfully.
If not, make a fresh license request via your sales contact, or push “Show Codes” in the PDF3D License Utility and send the codes generated to [email protected]. We will send you a fresh set of activation keys.
