Why are Trial Keys Not Accepted?
After downloading and installing the trial, sometimes the keys do not successfully activate your trial license.
First, please close the PDF3D License Utility, log out and log in again. Then use the start menu entry for the PDF3D License Utility directly, without first starting up ReportGen or another PDF3D application. The link to start it is normally on the Start Menu.
Make a fresh license request, or push “Show Codes” and send them as a reply to this email. We will send you a fresh set of activation keys.
Sorry for this inconvenience, we are hopefully this will resolve activation. If not we will escalate this to our technical support staff.
