With the release of PDF3D Version 2.26, reported bugs have been resolved and other improvements have been made to improve the security of the software.
Leading 3D PDF tool provider PDF3D, an Apryse company, releases the V2.26 update demonstrating continued support for 3D technical publishing. The release includes the resolution of bug fixes and security updates. In the X3D library, support for additional components has been added and a bug, relating to line and point sets, has also been resolved.
Customers using ParaView will also benefit from a new build against the updated code base.
To take advantage of these improvements, particularly security updates, we’d encourage all customers on active maintenance to upgrade as soon as possible, please contact [email protected] if you require assistance.
Users should note that there are major changes to PDF3D maintenance and support. Users on perpetual agreements need to obtain a new installer prior to 31st December to keep using the software. Users on annual maintenance must purchase a perpetual license before 31st December 2023 to keep using the software. Please read our website announcement for further details.
