PDF3D Support Overview
We offer support for our software products primarily through email and on-line documentation to help you integrate PDF3D technology into your applications. Software installations include full on-line documentation and for software developers, a suite of example programs in source code.
Email support is normally offered for individual licenses purchased through this website. For OEM/ISV and Volume customers, we offer direct phone and email support with priority response and are able to tailor a specific support package to your needs.
We plan to launch a support and/or forum site in the near future, where users can assist each other, contribute ideas and build up a shared searchable knowledge repository.
